When I was little I wanted to be a stage actress. I loved the thrill of an audience, craved it actually. There is something so intoxicating to me about laughter and applause. Under those lights I could create something, do something and get an immediate reaction. I think that is what initially drew me into the marketing field.
Not much competes with the feeling of a standing ovation- but helping a client increase their business, lower their costs or just have a successful event comes pretty close.
