Trooper Earle

Trooper Earle is the founder and President/CEO of The Premier Companies, Inc., the franchisor behind Premier Rental-Purchase and Premier Home Furnishings, operating over 42 locations across 15 states. A native Virginian and University of Virginia graduate, Trooper entered the RTO industry as a manager trainee at ColorTyme right out of college, quickly rising to become one of the brand's largest franchise owners. In 1991 he launched his own independent company, and by 1996 opened the first Premier Rental-Purchase store. A proud APRO member for over 20 years, Trooper was inducted into the APRO Hall of Honor in 2014 and has been recognized as an RTO Legend. He requires all Premier dealers to maintain APRO membership, reflecting his deep belief in the strength of the industry's trade community.
