Richard Formoe

Richard Formoe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paydit Inc., a collections automation platform purpose-built for the rent-to-own industry and beyond. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Richard's RTO career began on a delivery truck for TRS Inc. dba Bargain City Sales & Rental before he went on to hold multiple multi-unit leadership roles at Rent-A-Center, including Division Manager and Regional Division positions, as well as roles on the AcceptanceNOW/Acima side of the business. Drawing on over a decade of hands-on RTO experience, Richard co-founded Paydit to solve one of the industry's most persistent challenges — collections. Paydit's AI-powered platform, RTO2, works 24/7 to schedule services and pickups, negotiate payment commitments, and even assist with new sales, allowing operators to focus on growing their business. Richard serves on the APRO Vendor Advisory Committee and is a graduate of the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
